Goodbye ? affirmative !
Posted by: Magill
Its been 8 years since i first loaded cs, playing the map assault i think i managed an average K/D ratio of about 1/10, but i was hooked, i loved it, come midlans 2 weeks from now i will play my final games of counterstrike. In all honesty i34 was a wakeup call, it opened my eyes to what i don't want to become or be any longer, essentially a nerd playing a videogame in his room till the early hours in the morning, I no longer want to dedicate such a large amount of my time to a game, a game i will never recieve anything from.
I'll miss the banter on vent, I'll miss lol'ing at zone doing his trademark fail calls when getting rushed by 5 badies with glocks, ill miss ben silently raging when he calls a full B rush with AK's, looking to my left as the random Terriost shouts "OK, lets go" and see rob, mac10 in hand, bhop'ing his way to long. Although jason hasn't been in the team long, the guy is a legend of human being, hopefully come i35, ill check out cadred, "Anomaly Finnish top 5 - Interview with Wildcards ballbag".
Im sure ill see most of you that read this at midlans, but for those that aren't going, and care, goodbye.
If you miss me, check out my super awesome movie from i34, including frags against CK and Rasta gaming.

Update #1
My journey to the i series started earlier then most, I got the train from sligo to Connolly station which was a bit of a nightmare as i had to carry my pc + monitor and clothes etc all the in the one bag!!! The highlight of the train journey was when this African male got on the train at longford and decided not to pay Wink He sat down beside me and the ticket guy came around and kicked him off after a bit of argument, I was nearly in tears laughing. After all the drama I met the man him self Ben "reyno" Reynolds outside of the station, we then started out trip to the lovely northern Ireland. It took us about an hour to get up to newry where we would meet Magill. After we got a bite to eat we headed off to Belfast to meet up with wildcard, we then proceed to the new Pong in west Belfast to begin our mini boot camp. Pong had only got the internet installed the day before so there was no vent and because of a dodgy router css wasn't really playable online, after an hour had past we left and dropped Wildcard home, it was then back to the
Update #2
By
So yeah, here we are. I'm writing this because Connal cba and I know our fans are literally shitting their pants waiting for our next update, so here it is.
The boat journey was grand, met Biohazard and Poddy from Reverance. We got to Stoneleigh Park easy enough after 11 hours of travelling, getting lost only once thanks to Connal not being able to read. We set up everything and met som and his mate and Tenshi and his team and waited for Rob (Quaver) to arrive. He arrived at about 9:30 in his GEM of a beamer. GEM. The monitor he brought for Steve didnt work for some reason so he got one off one of Tenshi's teammates. We found out Jason (Wildcard) was still waiting in the airport because his flight was delayed (the cunts). He ended up arriving at 3am or something ridiculous like that. We basically went to bed when he arrived.
Got a decent lie on the next day. Arrived at Stoneleigh and went through a 3 hour tactics session led by Rob (LOL, not a lie). Played a pcw against xone and got rolllllllled.....we're pretty good on contra. Highlight of the match was Connals epic first call of the game : "Theres one lower, no... upper B, no plank, BOX, SAND, A SAND....MID TO A SAND!!!!" before he finally said theres 2 on B. Groups were then released, we got Good Looking Gamers as the other seed in our group (who are actually pretty average looking, except Gomez who's just ridiculously good looking). Had to play them on fire in our first game, which went ok despite having not played it before. Won 16-10, with w1p giving us a few scares. Played another 3 group games which all went smoothly. Then retired to the bar at about half 7.
Saw a manwoman at the bar. We literally couldn't decide if it was a guy or a girl until we heard a deep voice come out of it. Scary person. Steve saw his idol Mangiacapra but couldn't pluck up the guts to say hello, just got scared and ran to the bathroom crying. Ordered a taxi at about 1am and ended up waiting till about half 2 at the main entrance. Taxi companies are a joke around here. Som came back and stayed with me Connal and Jason. He then proceeded to get sick in the bathroom. "Wasnt from the alcohol" apparently. Connal woke up at 5am and asked Jason "How did I get here?" before lying back down . No mention of Senans name this time around.
Made it to Stoneleigh Park 5 mins before our first game this morning after another dodgy encounter with a taxi company. Shower of bastards. Won our first game 16-0 and this leads me to now. Expect another update when I can be arsed. cy@~~~~
Final Update!!
So its all over now. Sorry about the lack of updates but blogs are effort and shit...
Well we began the knockout stages on saturday beating CKDMM fairly comfortably. We then came up against TLR who we expected would give us a really tough game. We started out on t-side of inferno and went 9-0 up (LOL). We ended up winning the half 10-5 and the game 16-9. Fairly happy with this condiring they were seeded 8th (4th best UK team). I was then video interviewed by some guy from eFever.de which was cool. Still cant find it on the site though. Was also interviewed by Goodeh from cadred. We then went up against emulate on train and really couldnt get it together. Didnt really demostrate our full potential or get any momentum. Lost the game 16-4.
Didnt have our next game until sunday morning so I think we took it easy that night, just wandered around and had an early one. Came up against noReply on dust2 next. If we won we would have got 7/8th place and would have been guaranteed some prize money. We started T and went 12-3 up. Confidence was flowing, we were playing great. Then things started to get a bit mSy (GET IT??). We just couldnt hold ct side. Looking back on it, we should have adapted more to how there were playing but shit happens. Blame myself for that but I see it as gaining a bit of experience, wont happen again. So yeah, they won T half 12-3 aswel and eventually beat us in 2nd OT. Harsh way to go out. Think we would have had a good chance of beating zen in the next round aswel and getting 5/6th place.
If someone had have given me 9-12th place before the lan while beating TLR 16-9, I would have taken it. Pretty happy overall. Think we probably caught a few peoples eyes which is nice and hopefully be able to up the performance next iseries.
Well i34 is now only 2 days away,
We have also been seeded 13th by cadred.

Roster Update
Posted by: Magill
One week after the release of our new website, we have our first real news post.
sOm has decided to leave the team, 3 weeks before i series, leaving us with our trousers round our ankles, hand in cock, and 4 fingers lodged firmly up our own arse cracks. It would appear that he will be joining the soon to be INSERTCOIN, including stars such as "ice0' banter king of the pricks and PETE from the interweb, where they will be getting a offer sOm obviously could not turn down.
This leaves us with 4 members, the real question your all asking, who will be our new 5th ? At the moment we're asking the same question, but with some luck and abit of investigating ( After all we don't want another player with a 20 inch machete in his pocket waiting for the the perfect opportunity to launch it into the back of the rest of his team ).
